Marine Biology

I am one of the luckiest girls in the world to be able to study what I love! My endless fascination of the sea, and with the complexities of marine plants and animals, means that I do truly enjoy immersing myself in scientific papers and reading my degree, in Marine Biology.

However, it takes around 25 years for the knowledge in the scientific literature to reach the general public! This is why I have a whole section of my blog devoted to marine biology, where I will share with you interesting, important and current facts about the oceans and marine life.

I also want to share with you the importance of marine research, and I hope that I will ignite a desire in you to help in marine conservation, from living sustainably, to attending the occasional beach clean; to volunteering with a marine conservation charity; to even potentially studying marine biology!
